This Z Tactical Wireless Radio PTT for ICOM With Wireless Remote is a remote push button that you can mount onto your gear to use your radio with one free hand. Without this extension you would have to take your radio out of the pouch and use the talk button in order to transmit, which may waste precious time. Additionally, the package comes with a wireless PTT that can mount onto weaver / picatinny rails. For example, the wireless adapter allows you to attach the PTT onto an airsoft gun with rails.
