Good everyday pack!

I use it to carry my 15" laptop around and some daily stuff like a water bottle and miscellaneous items.
It has a rigid back insert that's very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bottom is not padded in any way so if you carry delicate items you have to use some attention.
The velcro panel inside is a very useful feature to use to organize with inserts.
