MUCH Space but confusing

You can use it as a classic gas-mask-pouch, as a mega-medic-pouch, or a simple multi-purpose-pouch on your PCs backpanel for example. But notice: If you have placed the pouch, you can only open it from the left.
The pics here are a little bit confusing
